Returns and Refunds

Details of Returns:

• All unauthorized returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee of your total order.
• Shipping and handling to/from www.humzafoods.co.uk cannot be refunded.
• Returns must be made less than 48 hours (because of the nature of products) after you have received your merchandise.
• Products must be in 'Unused' condition. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without the original invoice. (This is applicable towards any unauthorized exchanges)

Authorized Returns/Refunds:

• Incorrect order
• Damaged Merchandise
• Defective product

If you were sent an incorrect order, damaged or defective product we will issue you a credit on the merchandise or you can exchange it for a new non-defective product, shipping will be paid for by www.humzafoods.co.uk

Due to the nature of our business we don't offer any returns on our merchandise, all items are inspected and shipped in good faith with no damages. All sales are treated as final!

We always package goods securely to ensure they get to our customers in pristine condition,however on rare occasions should the packaging be noticeably damaged in transit please ensure you either:

• Refuse acceptance of the goods and they will automatically be returned to us.
• Accept the consignment but Mark the courier’s documentation as “damaged”. Sometimes the outer packaging may get damaged in transit, however the product inside is still in pristine condition.

If you are unsure of the condition of the goods sign the couriers documentation "unchecked" You will be contacted by a member of staff from Humza Foods who will provide returns number and outline the requirements for returning goods damaged during transit.
